Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso
- 2 tsp honey or agave
- ½ cup milk of choice
- ¼ to ½ tsp ground cardamom
Directions
- Add the cardamom and honey to your Ember Mug 2.
- Brew the espresso. For this recipe, we recommend a medium roast with notes of roasted nuts and chocolate to compliment the cardamom.
- In a small saucepan, add your milk and place over low heat. Whisk the mixture until it begins to resemble a light foam. Check out some other ways you can steam milk at home.
- Pour the frothed milk over the espresso. Don’t forget to add some style with some latte art.
No problem! Aeropress or Moka pot coffee make great, concentrated alternatives to espresso. You can also use your usual brewing method and just make an extra-strong batch.
