Rose Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 27–36 grams chopped sweetened dark chocolate
- 10 grams cocoa/cacao powder
- 355 ml your favourite milk
- 10–20 grams maple syrup
- 15 ml rose water
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Directions
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine all the ingredients except for the toppings.
- Using a whisk, stir the mixture frequently in the pot to dissolve any clumps and render the chocolate light and frothy. Be careful not to burn.
- Pour the hot chocolate into an Ember Mug 2, add your preferred toppings, and enjoy!
